United Cerebral Palsy of Maine (UCP) is excited to announce that Michael S. Haenn has been elected to serve as the new Board President. 

Michael, a resident of Hampden, is the owner of the Law Office of Michael S. Haenn.  For nearly thirty years he has been a member of multiple non-profit boards dedicated to advocating for children and adults with disabilities.

“Michael has been a very active part of our Board of Directors since 2006, and we are pleased that he accepted the nomination of board president.” said Bobbi Jo Yeager, UCP of Maine’s CEO, “Michael has such drive and dedication for the causes that he is passionate about, we are very fortunate to have him supporting our mission.”

Agency of Distinction Award

In October 2010, UCP of Maine was honored to receive the Agency of Distinction Award presented by WLBZ News Channel 2 as part of their Annual  2 Those Who Care Awards. This program, created by WLBZ 2 in partnership with The United Way of Eastern Maine, celebrates volunteers and organizations who make valuable contributions within the community.
