Kim Dionne, RN, BSN

Director of Nursing

I have been a registered nurse for 17 years, graduating from Husson College in 1999. My nursing experience has been acute cardiac care nursing, medical-surgical nursing, and geriatric long term care. I have been in nursing management since 2007.

I knew the day I walked into ELC for my interview that it was a place I would be proud to work at, from the shine on the floors to the home like atmosphere and friendly staff. I got the job and started 11/3/2014 and as I got to know the residents and their families I fell even more in love with everything ELC was about. I wake up every morning looking forward to coming to work, to be part of providing our residents with the highest quality of life full of choices, independence and enrichment. The residents of ELC have enriched my life as well and continue to on a daily basis. I cannot imagine my life without ELC , its employees and residents as part of it.

Facilities Manager

Hello everyone, I have been a part of ELC since I was a teenager. My mother was a CNA here, and we were actively part of the residents lives. I graduated from Hermon High School, and then went on to earn my journeyman electrical license through IBEW local 567 where I worked for 10 years. I then started a family and worked in in the electrical field for about 8 more years until I found my second family here again at ELC. I took on the role of Facility manager in 2010. This has been by far the most rewarding position to be able to know that I can make a difference in our residents lives, giving them a safe clean environment to live in and call home.
